| why was psares.com created? |
| This website was created for the
employees of Pacific Southwest Airlines Reservations Department
who were hired between May 6, 1949 and April 8, 1988. PSA was the
original low fare airline with frequent flights throughout the
West. It was the employees of PSA that made the airline a favorite
to millions of passengers for over 39 years. For us, the smile was
not just painted on. |
| "I had such a great time at
that first reunion in 2002 ... talking with people I had not
seen in years. By the time I was able to get the latest
scoop on everybody, the day was over. This website was
created so everyone could keep in touch year round and get
all the latest information about fellow agents and our get-togethers."

|
| who is the reunion committee? |
| The
reunion committee is made up of a core
group of volunteers who, along with
assistance, organize the event each year.
Within the 4-5 months prior to the
event the committee secures a location, submits any required
paperwork with the city and arranges for
the food, equipment and supplies. Then
they are some of the
last ones to leave on event day making
sure everything is packed up and the area
is left clean. Thanks to Mary Jordan,
Mickey Stanley, Bill
Adair and Jim Lippert for organizing the first reunion in 2002 and thanks to all who have
helped in past years. Can you help in
2008? |
