David Rood has recently joined PSA Reservations, serving as Manager of Rate and Tariff and the Group Desk, according to Chuck Hansen, Director of Res.
A graduate of U.C.L.A., Rood has most recently been employed by American Airlines as a Reservations Sales Agent, Domestic Tariff Agent, Training Instructor and Quality Control Observer. Rood will be working closely with the Res Training Department in an effort to familiarize reservations with the interlining of pax.
